Training

when I was 2 years old my Dad was Training me for this competition for a gold belt it really shiny . for Training was running on the treadmill when I was little .



now it is running for 2 minute getting up and doing press  and jumping . then hopping on and walking for 2 minutes .and then after that running and walking and then running for one minute and running for 2 minute .




and then after that we have to do stitching to help you  protects your muscles . then we finished training and that's all .
