and I did running for 5 minutes and walking on 5 for 5 minutes doing it for 20 minutes and then running and walking . walking on 4 and running on 9 for one minute . then running for 1 minute on 8 and walking for 2 minute on 4 . then doing 100 push ups and 1 abs .
after that I had a shower and got dressed then I had keto breakfast . after that my dad went to work and my mum came a few minutes ago and I had a sleep for a few little minutes then I made an ice block out of juice and I have to do studies and then I can go to the pools .
