Satday

 On satday we are going for a walk to my auntie home . then we were going to my home after that we are having breakfast . it's what's a scientist with baked beans then we go to the pools . to cool off and then we go to Avis house to play with her . then we had lunch and in a few hours at was dinner and then we were watching for a few minutes then we went to bed .

Mum in the Hospetal

On the fist day my Mum said she can't eat because she has a broken arm  and because the doctor said . then we took Mum to the Hospetal she stay there for one night . then in the morning we can you take Mum home . we stayed there for a few hours then we came home to do the clothes and the dishes . and our Dad said to look after our mum because she has a broken arm .  after that we can relax and it is almost dinner . buy

Training

when I was 2 years old my Dad was Training me for this competition for a gold belt it really shiny . for Training was running on the treadmill when I was little .



now it is running for 2 minute getting up and doing press  and jumping . then hopping on and walking for 2 minutes .and then after that running and walking and then running for one minute and running for 2 minute .




and then after that we have to do stitching to help you  protects your muscles . then we finished training and that's all .

One Day me and my Mum went take my brother to School . I didn't have any school because it was finished . and me and my Mum looking at some recipes and have a look and we were doing some cooking .



we did some French Toast and Blueberry Hill Muffins . then we made Banana Pancakes then Rescue Lake .




we did 5 of the Rescue Lake and 1 of the Banana Pancakes . and 2 for the French Toast and the same for Blueberry Hill Muffins  .  we did that for 2 hours then  we had a rest and did no more cooking .

POOL' S .

In the morning I went to the Pool's . to have fun it was me and my brother and mum and Dad . we stayed there for 2 hours then after that . we went to McDonald's for lunch .


after we went to the blue pack to eat  and play . I was doing the monkey bars my brother  was doing the slide my mum and Dad why is relaxing in the shade stayed there for 1 hour.



then we went back to the pools and we were playing and really funny we stayed for 2 hours . and then we went home to have dinner it was pizza for dessert with ice cream and doughnuts .



after that we watched Avatar and Pokemon we watched  7 episodes of Avatar and  one movie of Pokemon . we treat with power movies it was really cool  we watched it at home .




our treats was chocolate popcorn and chips . it's really yummy watching it and eating it at the same time after that we went to bed .

In morning we went for a walk and we took Rio will as to the Red park . when we came home I have to do training . and then Avis was here   we went to her house  because my mum had to go to work . we did game's then when we found surfing boards we were playing with them and we put them around out wrist and the people who were going on it we flight them down the hill and it was really fun .  

and me and my brother was doing training and training was running for 6 minutes on 8 and walking for 4 minutes on 5 doing that for 20 minutes and then running and walking but running on nine and walking on 4 and then after that we did running and walking but walking for 2 minutes and running 1 minute on 8 .

we stay there for 2 hours and will having so much fun at Eva's house we had lots of fruit and we had some Coke after that when my dad come and pick me up we watched a movie after than and it was called Pokemon . and we got the the sort of thing and we put people in it and we write it them down the hell it was a really cool .

the movie that we were watch was so cool rehab treats with that I had a chocolate and nuts and we had a hot chocolate and then after the movie we had to go to bed and then when we only had 10 minutes and we were having this board there was two pins and it lights up in the dark .
