 As I get ready to do my best flip I feel nervous to jump.

 as I get into my position I look to my left and see my family cheering for

 me 

I look to my Right and see my coach.

 he nodes his head at me he said's you can do this as 

I see my family and coach I say 

to myself that I can do it .

and as I do my flip

I think about my family and my coach .
